Langkawi Must visit Places

1) Pulau Payar Marine Park Snorkeling Tour from Langkawi (Swim with BABY SHARK)

We were told to wait outside our hotel at 8am in the morning and local tour agency will send someone up to pick us up. We were then bring to the ferry point and the whole journey took about 1.5 hours including waiting time.

I was slightly disappointed when I realized we can only snorkel at the shore, however my disappointment was brushed aside the moment i realised I was able to swim with baby sharks! It is indeed an awesome and thrilling experience swimming alongside the baby sharks. The fishes (including the sharks were all harmless)

Whole tour can take up to one whole day.

Overall: 5 stars

Reason: Get an opportunity to swim with Baby Sharks at Pulau Payar Marine Park.

2) Langkawi Cable Car Ride and Oriental Village

3) Local Night Market (Pasar Malam)

Pasar Malam in Langkawi is used as a designated venue for locals to sell their produce and goods such as delicious local malay food, clothes and toys to interested buyers. Night markets are organised at different location daily. The locations are Kedawang, Padang Matsirat, Pekan Rabu, Temoyong and Kuah Town. Kuah Town's pasar malam is the largest on the island and held every Wednesday and Saturday from 6pm onwards.
